CONDENSED TOS
NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of my TOS.Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your orders.

  • Character references. I accept in game screenshots, MS paint doodles or things from picrew.

  • Absolutely no AI art.

  • Pay up front.

  • Customer can have multiple revisions in the sketching phase.

  • Customer can request reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion (I.E eyecolour change)

  • All payments are in USD

  • No refunds unless I am wholly unable to continue the work

  • Please get back to me! When I post a sketch and request input, I won't continue on past that point till I get the oh-kay!

  • Payments are done via Cashapp or Paypal

  • You can request the raw .CSP file if you want! Just note a majority of the layers will be merged.

  • Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

  • Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: [12/14/24]This contract applies to the artist further called Seller and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1. Customer agrees to pay the due amount upfront.
2. Customer accepts that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by Seller according to the above schedule.
3. No refunds unless otherwise stated.
4. Payments are done via Cashapp or PaypalREVISIONS
5. I'm very open to modifying the sketch, just please be specific. Draw on my picture if you want! I accept any input to help get your vision onto paper.
6. I will send different stages of the work, typically its:
sketch > lines > flat colors
You can request changes during lines/sketch, pls lmk before I color!
7. When the work is finished and you notice slight things are off, please say so! If I'm able I will gladly edit.REFUND POLICY
8. No refunds unless I am unable to complete the commission. If this is the case, I will let you know and 100% reimburse the money spent.
9. Please don't demand a refund if you are unsatisfied. I try my best to work with you on ensuring you get the art you want.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
10. The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.

The difference between Full (painted/polished) VS. Sketch?

Full coloring takes me far longer than simply sketching.A sketch is what goes under my painted work. Sometimes it might look messier than the example, but I clean it up if it's just what you ordered.
